Kids Classes
Our kids classes run twice a week in structured 8-week terms, combining high-level skill development with fun, engaging games. Led by experienced coaches, each session builds strong fundamentals, confidence, and coordination while keeping training enjoyable and age-appropriate. This term-based approach helps kids progress consistently while staying motivated and excited to learn.

Wrestling
Our Wrestling class is led by a very high-level coach with years of experience developing athletes at the top of the sport. Wrestling has become one of the most important foundations of modern MMA, seamlessly complementing both striking and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu by controlling where the fight takes place. From takedowns and takedown defense to pressure, balance, and positional dominance, wrestling gives athletes the ability to dictate the pace and direction of a match. Whether your goal is competition or overall skill development, this class builds the strength, awareness, and control that every complete MMA and BJJ practitioner needs.

Submission Grappling
Our adult and teen memberships provide access to no-gi grappling, MMA, and wrestling classes, all taught by elite-level coaches. Training is led by Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belts and Olympic-level wrestlers, ensuring high-quality instruction across every discipline. This program is ideal for those looking to build real skill, confidence, and conditioning in a professional, supportive training environment.

MMA
Our MMA class is designed to build complete, well-rounded fighters with a strong emphasis on controlling where the fight takes place. Training focuses on taking the fight into the realm of grappling—using smart takedowns, clinch work, and transitions to dominate opponents on the ground. We place particular importance on effective cage usage, teaching students how to pin, pressure, escape, and attack along the fence, just as it happens in real competition. Whether you’re learning how to dictate pace, maintain top control, or safely work back to your feet, this class develops the skills and awareness needed to control opponents and stay composed in high-pressure MMA situations.
